When ordering at our shop you will receive automatic updates via
email concerning the status of your order.
As soon as we ship the order you will be notified by email telling your
order has been handed over to one of our couriers.
In this email you will also find the parcelcode of the parcel(s) that
are used for order dispatch. All parcelnumbers starting with "511" are
shipments carried out by DPD. All other numbers are
carried out by Fedex.
For tracking your Fedex parcels please visit the Fedex website
For tracking your DPD / Vinologix parcels please use the input
field below. Enter the parcelnumber and press "Search" and you will be
automatically directed to the track and trace page of the DPD website
telling you the status of your parcel.
